LCF Enterprises, a leading manufacturer of RF Power Amplifiers from 1 MHz to 2 GHz and 1W to 1KW has developed a high performance 50 Watt RF Power Amplifier that covers the broad frequency range from 500 MHz to 1000 MHz. The amplifier is available as a 28VDC Module in a small, high performance, rugged package (6" x 3.5" x 1.4"). This unit also is available in full AC system with automatic current limiting, forced-air cooling, current meter, over-current and thermal protection.
