LCF Enterprises has a 45,000 sq. ft facility in Post Falls, Idaho with the capability of doing multiple lines simultaneously and/or small customized jobs.

	Surface Mount Equipment. For large volume manufacturing we have complete surface mount automation including three MYDATA pic and place machines, a Heller reflow oven, automatic board washer, board cutting and stencil capability.
	Quick Turn Around and Precise. For automatic biasing we use two laser trimming stations for quick turnaround and quality.
	Multiple Stations for High Volume. Testing capability includes five full RF test stations, transistor test station and digital board testing verification.
	Quality Assurance and High Reliability. For quality assurance, in addition to visual screening stations, we have a Nanotech X-Ray Inspection machine, 4 Infrared cameras and 5 Environmental thermal chambers for reliability screening.
